I picked this hire centre because it was about the nearest to where I live in Southwell (about 10 miles away). On Thur, March 23, I ordered a wacker plate that needed stone compacting on a pathway I surfaced in the back garden. I rang in the morning for an afternoon delivery the chap on the phone (Richard) was invaluable, and sure enough, it arrived at about 3ish. I only needed it for about an hour, so because I was busy doing other things, we agreed on it to be picked up in the morning, 9-at 30 ish, and sure enough, it was picked up on time the big bonus was no delivery or collection charges would add I have been in construction 50 years with my own business for 15 years I have heard all the lame excuses for late delivery or late pick up with all the accompanying charges etc. but have to say not with this lot very professional and the kit worked first time well done all round could not recommend them highly enough.
